Taxes: All orders shipped within Canada are taxed according to provincial and federal taxation guidelines.
* International: No taxes are paid at the time of the order. However there may be local taxes/duty charged when you receive the package that you, the customer, are responsible for.
Shipping costs are applied to products based on weight and dimensions. We have three shipping options in Canada: $3.00 for small packets, $6.99 for small-medium packages, $9.99 for large packages. International and U.S. orders are higher due to higher shipping fees out of country. If you are a resident of Ontario you will see a drop-down menu which will include the options to choose the appropriate shipping fee, OR pick up in store (we are located in Ingleside, ON. which is close to the city of Cornwall, ON.)
All products that our website lists as available are in our shop, and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

We want you to be happy with the items you’ve purchased at Under His Grace. If for whatever reason you wish to make a return, you’re welcome to do so as long as the following criteria are met:
· The item(s) are in original and unopened, unused condition with no signs of wear or use.
· All original packaging, including instructions, inner packaging and tags must be present, attached and in good condition.
· Item(s) cannot be returned if assembled.
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,ship date, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.All returns for exchange or refund must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us at email@example.com before sending merchandise to obtain an RMA#. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will do our best to replace your returned item with same or similar product with your approval before shipping. If we are unable to exchange, we will then issue a refund. Exchanges will accompany a shipping charge unless exchanging due to a defect.
Several types of goods cannot be returned: Gift Cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care products.
All SALE items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) and exchanges or refunds will be issued accordingly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Under His Grace reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We reserve the right to correct errors in the application of shipping rates when either no shipping or improper shipping rates are applied.
To give you peace of mind, all your payments are securely handled by Third Party Service Providers. As such, we do not store any credit card or bank account information.
